We are seeking an experienced Elevator Engineer (also referred to as Lift Engineer or Vertical Transportation Engineer) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role involves on-site work across various locations, requiring independent troubleshooting, programming, and repair of elevator systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in the elevator industry and a strong command of both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform elevator programming, configuration, and system updates
• Conduct fault diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical issues
• Visit sites independently to carry out maintenance and emergency repairs
• Work with all types of elevator controllers, including modern and legacy systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
• Document service reports and communicate findings with clients
• Collaborate with team members on complex troubleshooting tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the elevator industry
• Proven expertise in elevator programming, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis/repair
• Ability to work independently and travel to sites as needed
• Experience with all types of elevator controllers (e.g., KONE, Otis, Schindler, Mitsubishi)
• Good command of Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
• Valid driving license
